Building the Ideal Fellowship Program
BERTEIG Consulting is creating a Fellowship Program to provide a market advantage to women in the competitive Agile coaching and training profession.
In this working session, we will be looking for input from participants on their experiences with goals and blockers for professional development, job seeking and workplace culture, in order to understand how BERTEIG can help increase the size of the pie (# of women candidates) of professional women in the workforce. The truth is that there are a limited number of female agile coaches and trainers in the job market, so if a company wants to increase the number of women working for their organization, they could easily “poach” them from their current job. This is really just moving chess men around on a board: it’s not addressing the real need to have a more diverse workforce.
