Career, Personal Growth and Life as a Journey

Caroline Yang started her career as an English teacher in China. Over her career, she worked as a translator, an HR manager, a cross cultural communication consultant and is currently an executive compensation program manager at IBM. She will use a motivational theory in behaviour science to share her reflection on her career, personal growth and parenting experience. She will lead a discussion on how women in technology can effectively manage their career and work life balance. 
Caroline has a master degree in human resources and is the co-author of the book, Danger and Opportunity: Bridging Cultural Diversity for Competitive Advantage.
